Here we can see that the 10 years US Treasuries (white) rose about 5.7% over the course of the year, whereas the Emerging Market Bonds (green), which are a bit more risk rose by 7.9%.

ICOs Raised $4 Bln in 2017, What 2018 Has in Store Stock exchanges and financial markets are regulated not exclusively to keep the profanes out. It is because most scams, frauds and crashes have already happened there. Sooner or later, ICOs will be regulated. And we should rather be a part of the solution to this problem, not the problem itself.
